Thank you BACH Endowment Supporters

Several years ago, a major fundraiser was initiated in response to a “matching grant” challenge from an anonymous fan of the Bach Society who wanted to perpetuate the legacy created by Pete Douglas. The people and organizations listed below donated to the cause of helping the Bach Society purchase the Douglas Beach House. The Endowment Fund effort was discontinued however, due to a lack of a fundraising organizer. Although the effort fell considerably short of its $1 million goal, the money raised continues to be set aside in an interest-bearing bank account.

Pete continues to offer the Beach House to the Bach Society. But with only one staff member and a bare bones board of directors, the call needs to go out for assistance. Those listed below believed the Bach Society should not disappear with its founder, who will be 80 years old in February 2009. Thank you.
